improvements we’re sure you’ll be happy with.
How can I place an order with Kalo?
This web site has full ecommerce capability, offering you secure online
shopping. Simply browse the categories available, find the item of your choice,
add it to your basket and follow on screen instructions. All our pieces are
packaged in our good quality Jewellery Boxes & safely wrapped to reach you
in good condition.
How do I know what size to buy?

the correct size.
How much is the delivery charge?
All orders are subject to a £6.50 postage charge for items over
£20 (UK ONLY). Items under £20 will be charged at £2.50.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 7-10 days to anywhere in the mainland UK. If you are
looking to order a Wedding or Engagement ring from our selection, please be
advised it can take between 4-6 weeks as they are made to order.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Unfortunately, for the time-being, we can only post to addresses in
the UK. But if you willing to cover all the cost we can ship anywhere in the
world
How do I Pay?
Payment by most major Credit Cards is accepted on our secure site and
orders will be processed within 24 hours of receiving payment. It is also possible
to pay using Gift Vouchers purchased online or in-store.
What if the item I order is out of stock?
Nearly everything that is advertised on the site is in stock. The site
is updated daily to ensure that all the information is up to date. As this is
a live shop on occasion we might have sold an item on our shop floor and therefore
will not be available online. We will do our best not to let this happen but
if it does we will contact you to offer an alternative or we will offer a full
refund and 10% off your next purchase.
What if I decide that the item I have purchased is
not suitable once I receive it?
Our Online Policy- If within 7 days of receiving your order you change
your mind for any reason at all, you may return your item for either an exchange
or a refund. All that we ask is that the goods are unused, undamaged and complete
with all original packaging.
Can we come to the Kalo store personally?
Of course. Our address can be found on our CONTACT US page. The shop
opening times are MONDAY TO SATURDAY, 10am – 5.30pm.
If you are looking for a bespoke design please call first to make an appointment
for a free consultation. This means you get around an hour or so of devoted
attention & advice from our designer. We’ll spend the time with you
to ensure you leave with the design of your dreams. This includes Wedding rings,
Engagement rings and re-designing an existing item.
Are Your Diamonds Conflict Free?
All the diamonds used in our jewellery come from reliable sources and
stones used in our bespoke pieces are hand-picked so you can be sure of their
quality and legality.
